Thank you for shopping with Vault Boxes Store. This policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic/US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic/US): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package is handed to the carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We may ship internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over them and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your country's customs office for more information before ordering.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Vault Boxes Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
