We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sealed mystery boxes or collectible boxes once opened
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before opening or using it.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we'll send instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped). Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow the return process above once you receive it. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
